Apply with Entry Cuba, and we’ll keep you updated on the status of your application by email. You’ll receive an email to confirm we’ve received your request, and another containing your approved document, usually within a few days.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, start by checking your Spam or Junk mail inbox. If there’s nothing there, contact us for assistance.

I have 2 passports, which one should I use to apply? Toggle faqs
All nationalities need the D’Viajeros to enter Cuba. It does not matter which of your passports you use, as long as you apply for the Entry Form and travel to Cuba using the same document. The approved form is associated with your passport number.
