You must apply for a Cuba visa for British Citizens, and fill out the Entry Form before traveling to Cuba from the UK.
Cuba Visa Policy for UK Nationals
All British tourists need to get a visa for Cuba from the UK. It’s known as the Cuba eVisa, and allows you to stay for up to 90 days. You can apply to extend your trip by another 90 days after you arrive.
